Elevait uses AI to help users create, review, improve, and optimise career documents based on the information they provide. AI assists with content generation, analysis, recommendations, and document improvement, but it does not make employment decisions or determine a user’s suitability for any role.
Users remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before using it.

Elevait’s AI does not:

- guarantee ATS success or recruiter visibility;
- verify employment history, qualifications, certifications, or achievements;
- make hiring decisions;
- provide legal advice;
- provide immigration advice;
- provide financial advice; or
- replace professional career coaching or recruitment services.
5. Human Oversight
We encourage every user to carefully review all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers.
Where available, users may also purchase our Human Expert Review service to receive personalised feedback from an experienced reviewer.
Human review complements AI by providing additional professional insight while recognising that users remain responsible for the final version of every document.
6. AI Providers
To deliver our Services, Elevait may use trusted third-party artificial intelligence providers, including:

- OpenAI
- other trusted AI providers that may be introduced in the future.
These providers process information solely for the purpose of delivering the AI functionality requested by the user.

Protecting your personal information is fundamental to how we build and operate Elevait.
Your uploaded documents, personal information, and career content are processed only for the purpose of delivering the Services you request.
Elevait does not use your personal information or career documents to train its own artificial intelligence models.
Where technical controls are available, we configure our AI providers so that user prompts, uploaded documents, and generated outputs are not used to train publicly available AI models without your explicit consent.
