We do not use your personal information, uploaded documents, or career content to train our own AI models.

We do not permit third-party AI providers to use your submitted content to train their public AI models where data processing controls are available.

AI-generated content should always be reviewed by you before use.

You remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated documents before submitting them to employers.

8. Human Expert Review

If you purchase a Human Expert Review, your career documents will be shared with an authorised reviewer solely for the purpose of completing the service you requested.

All reviewers are required to maintain the confidentiality of user information and may only access documents assigned to them.

9. Legal Basis for Processing

Depending on the circumstances, we process your information because:

  • it is necessary to provide the Services you requested;
  • you have given your consent;

If you request the deletion of your account, these documents will also be deleted unless we are required to retain them to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Transaction records, invoices, and payment references may be retained for the period required under applicable accounting, taxation, anti-fraud, and other legal requirements. Elevait does not store your payment card details, which are processed securely by our authorised payment service providers.

Customer support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, investigate complaints, improve our Services, and comply with legal obligations.

Technical logs, security records, and system monitoring information may be retained for a reasonable period to maintain platform security, investigate incidents, prevent fraudulent activity, and support the reliable operation of our Services.
